Thanks to AM Projekt, our dream of owning our own home has come true. The implementation exceeded our expectations. The developer proved to be a reliable partner, open to all of our suggestions. Each project carried out by the partner is refined and the resulting houses are maintained in a coherent, aesthetic style perfectly matching their surroundings. The space in which the houses are located is perfectly situated. The proximity of the forest, lake and other forms of greenery promotes our well-being and gives us the opportunity to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. At the same time, the proximity to the centre of Gdańsk (about 12 km) and the ring road proved to be invaluable. If necessary, access to urban areas is not a problem. Because of all of this, and for lots of other reasons, AM Projekt can be considered as a recommendable and trusted developer, guaranteeing high quality of completed projects.

After two difficult years of searching, we finally managed to find a place that met all of our expectations (and there were more than a few of them).

Thanks to the developer AM Projekt, our dream came true. Houses built in modern design, good standard and well laid out interior where everyone will find a corner for themselves. Now we can spend warm days in the garden and warm ourselves by the fireplace on cold days.

We are very happy that we managed to buy a property from the Developer AM Projekt on the Ostoja Czapli estate. These are charming semi-detached houses located on a cosy street just outside the forest. The surrounding greenery on all sides, the nearby stud farm, and peace and quiet create an ideal place to live for families with children.
As soon as we saw the location where our estate was built, we knew it was the perfect place for us to live – away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still close to the main arteries of the city. It takes about 12 minutes to get to the centre, and the Tricity Ring Road can be reached in just a moment.
However, referring to the Developer itself, we can recommend it with confidence. Right from our first contact, the company provided us with advice and assistance with the interior design of the house as well as the garden. AM Projekt is a real Developer with passion. It builds properties with high quality materials, attention to detail and the use of modern solutions such as heated floors with separate control for each room, installations, wiring, a central vacuum system and others. Importantly, the developer takes care to solve any potential problems without delay and with the least possible involvement of the new buyers.
AM Projekt is a developer that not only ensures that the investments made are beautiful and functional, but also values the relationship with the buyers of its properties. We keep in touch with each other and see each other at the annual meetings organised by the Developer.

We are clients of AM Projekt. We bought a terraced house on the Stylowy Jasień Estate in Gdańsk. We are a family of five, overjoyed to finally be on our own. We live very well, because the terraced house is located in a quiet district of Gdańsk Jasień. AM Projekt is a really recommendable developer. The developer was always willing to listen to our suggestions and requests regarding the real estate. The friendly and professional care during construction and the trouble-free contact are a huge plus. And most importantly, the terraced house is made of high quality materials. We highly recommend everyone to entrust their place on earth to AM Projekt.

We bought the house from AM Projekt and we haven’t regretted it for a moment. Good quality workmanship at a good housing price. We have a large room in the attic and play ping pong with friends. Super project, nice price which is worth recommending. All of the neighbours have large gardens and enjoy relaxing in them. You won’t find a better location in Gdansk. You will find peace and quiet here for sure. Our house was handed over on time so we are happy to recommend this developer to anyone.

We took the decision to get a new house quite spontaneously. We often visited Bąkowo privately, delighting in the surroundings every time: the forest, the heron reserve, the stud farm – such an oasis of peace right next to the ‘big’ city. When we came across AM Projekt investment (at the time when our house was still ‘on paper’) we received something much more than just a ‘real estate offer’ – it was a full partnership in the investment which, although commercial, was fully adapted to our needs. The management took the time to ask us what was important to us in our house at the construction stage, what ergonomics we would like to have in the rooms, informed us about the changes necessary to complete the investment adding their ‘bonuses’ which are not insignificant for every investor. The developer, both during the purchasing process and after the closing the transaction, demonstrated empathy, willingness to help, flexibility – an approach that is very rare in the commercial market.
By choosing locations for its investments, AM Projekt gives potential investors the opportunity to live in wonderful natural surroundings bordering directly on the city, which is a definite advantage in the market for houses. The house itself is a perfect size for a family, allowing the space to be divided up for various purposes depending on the needs of the occupants. The quality of the materials and technology exceeds the standard at which market prices for similar properties are offered – this is definitely another advantage. But the best thing is the individual approach, honesty, support and understanding thanks to which we enjoy our own home today and know that it was built with us in mind. Developer AM Projekt is a reliable partner. Our initial concerns about the reliability of the cooperation, due to the short existence of this company on the market, were quickly dispelled. Everything in accordance with the project, executed with great care, and the house itself handed over within the time specified in the contract. Comfortable house, surprisingly spacious inside, looks smaller from outside. It is in a pleasant neighbourhood full of nature, in a quiet area, with easy and fast access to the centre of Gdańsk. The house built by AM Projekt has become for us a place where we want to spend our free time, it has become our shelter and place on earth.
